Old battery? Don't bin it.

Battery Recycling for a Cleaner Tomorrow

Used batteries aren't waste — the lead, plastic, and other materials inside can be recovered and reused. When you replace a battery with us, we pass the old one on through our recycling partners.

How it works

From Your Old Battery to New Materials

Four steps, and the only one you need to do is the first.

1

Used Battery

Inverter, automotive & other lead-acid batteries

When you replace your battery, hand the old one over to us instead of throwing it away.

2

Collection & Transport

Through our recycling partners

The used batteries are collected and moved by our recycling partners.

3

Recycling Process

At the recycling facility

Batteries are dismantled and processed to recover the useful materials inside.

4

Recovered Materials

Lead, plastic, and other components are recovered and used to make new products.

A responsible cycle that protects the environment and conserves natural resources.
Why it matters

Why Recycle Used Batteries?

Prevents soil and water pollution

Recovers valuable materials

Reduces the need for new raw materials

Supports proper waste management

Helps create a cleaner, healthier environment

What NOT to Do

Don't throw it in household garbage
Don't break or open the battery
Don't burn the battery
Don't sell it to scrap dealers or kabaadi shops

Why not the local scrap dealer? Old batteries contain hazardous materials and can cause fire, explosion, or pollution if handled or disposed of improperly. Unless a battery is passed on to an authorized recycler, we don't recommend selling it to scrap dealers.

Until it's handed over, keep the battery upright and away from flames and sparks.

Recycle responsibly. Protect people and the environment.
